Football Training Drills To Take Your Game To The Next Level.

1.Dribbling Cone Drill 

Improve your ball control and agility.


How to do it.

🧠Set up 5 - 10 cones in a straight or zigzag pattern.
🧠 Dribble through the cones as quickly as possible while keeping the ball close to your feet.
🧠Use both feet and different parts of your foot i.e inside, outside, and sole.
🧠 Complete 3 - 5 sets with increasing speed everytime.

How to do it

🧠 Repeat for 10 - 15 minutes and increase your speed overtime.

How to do it 

🧠Set up a goal and place cones at different target spots.
🧠 Take shots aiming at these targets, using different techniques(inside foot, laces, volleys).

🧠Do 10 - 15 repetitions for each target.
